Hurrah for Kids!

Funny: We have had some really fun lessons with kids lately! We taught the commandments using bowling and then also taught the Plan of Salvation using cutouts and toy figures and made it like a board game. I really love getting to practice that skill. The funniest incident was when we all got really worried that a puppy named Max had eaten the new Sister Missionary LEGO that we got for Christmas! Thank goodness it had just fallen into Sister Wheeler's bag!

Spiritual: We were trying to plan for this 9-year old kid that we had been told we were going to teach the Restoration to at a dinner appointment. We had never met him and only knew his first name. We were stumped while planning. We ended up not actually being assigned to teach him and it really taught me that Information invites Revelation. This is because we teach people, not lessons.

Where I'm at: Our week was busy, cold, and full of people getting sick on us :( We are going to be walking this week since the temperature should be better, but I feel like it's going to lead to miracles.) Sister Wheeler and I aren't sure what is going to happen with transfers next week, but it will be exciting!

Love y'all!
Sister Black
