Spiritual: We took future Sister Rollins tracting in
Covington and we all felt nervous until we came to this house and met Curtis
and Flora. They grabbed some extra chairs and we taught them the Restoration.
They were so nice! We just taught doctrine and Sister Rollins bore a really
powerful testimony and they just soaked it in.
Funny: We went and served Sister Cothran and it was fun to
help her put in mulch and then we turned right around and served somebody else
who she lived close to. Sister Archdeacon is going to be so surprised when she
comes home from her vacation and sees her door covered in hearts!
Where I'm at: June has started and Millington is doing well.
We had a lot of good experiences with the kids we are working with and meet
some cool people while we served and worked and contacted. We led the Relief
Society council yesterday about missionary work and it made me excited that i
get to keep working with the awesome members of the Millington Ward. The
weirdest thing about this week has been realizing that I've been out for a
year! Yikes!

I am also blessed and feel privileged and honored to get connected with you as well as know you and about your call to be a missionary to Arkansas. I love getting connected with the people of God around the globe to be encouraged, strengthened and praying for one another. I have been in the Pastoral ministry for last 40 yrs in this great city of Mumbai a city with a great contrast where richest of rich and the poorest of poor live. We reach out to the poorest of poor with the love of Christ to bring healing to the brokenhearted. We would love to have young people come to Mumbai to work with us during their vacation time. So far many young people from different denominational background have come to Mumbai to work with us and I am sure as long as Christ is preached and His good news is shared we stand united so no matter what church you belong Christ name is proclaimed. I have heard much about your church but would be so glad to know the differences between the protestant and the Church of Jesus Christ of latter day Saints.
